CORONAVIRUS UPDATE

Updated:

5th January 2021

Following the latest guidance from the Government regarding the Coronavirus outbreak, Physio On would like to inform you that our premises in Victoria and Battersea will remain open during the third national lockdown.

The health and wellbeing of all patients, therapists and members of the public is our top priority, so please be assured that we are continuing to implement all the safeguarding measures to keep you and our team safe.

What we will do:

  • adhere to the latest guidance from the government;

  • follow strict Infection Control and Prevention measures, so we can provide our services to you in the safest way possible;

  • screen our temperatures daily;

  • allow 15 minutes between appointments;

  • thoroughly clean the rooms between each patient;

  • wear the required PPE;

  • disinfect our hands before and after each treatment;

  • do our best to make you feel better and pain-free.

What we will ask you to do:

  • fill out a quick online form for Covid-19 symptoms screening and consent, prior to your appointment;

  • arrive at the time of your appointment (and not earlier);

  • arrive alone (if you are unable, please inform us 24 hours in advance);

  • bring a face-covering (if you are not able to bring one, we will provide a disposable face mask);

  • have your temperature screened by us;

  • disinfect your hands;

  • make contactless payment if possible (card or online).

If you or someone in your household have any of the following symptoms, prior to your appointment, please contact us to reschedule:

  • high temperature

  • new, continuous cough

  • loss of, or change to, your sense of smell or taste

If you have any of the above symptoms, you must self-isolate at home for at least 10 days from when your symptoms started and arrange to have a Covid-19 test, if possible. If you don’t have symptoms but someone in your household has, then you must stay at home for 10 days from when the first person started having symptoms.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us on

020 3650 0021 or by email to info@physio-on.com.

We thank you for your continued support.
