OSTEOPATHY
Osteopathy is a system of diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of medical conditions. It works with the structure and function of the body and is based on the principle that the well-being of an individual depends on the skeleton, muscles, ligaments and connective tissues functioning smoothly together.

Our team of osteopaths work to restore your body to a state of balance, using touch, physical manipulation, stretching and massage to increase the mobility of joints, to relieve muscle tension, to enhance the blood and nerve supply to tissues and to help your body’s own healing mechanisms. They also provide advice on posture and exercise to aid recovery, promote health and prevent symptoms recurring.

FIRST
APPOINTMENT
Your first appointment will include an assessment of your condition by one of our experienced osteopaths, followed by treatment.
​
You will have the opportunity to discuss with the therapist your treatment plan, including goals and expected recovery time.
​
Please bring comfortable clothes, like a
t-shirt and shorts, as your treatment might include exercise demonstration. We can provide spare shorts in case you forget.
​
If you prefer, you can fill out our Registration Form in advance and bring it with you to the appointment.
PAYMENT
Payments are made at the end of each consultation. We accept cash, cheque, debit or credit card.
Upon request we may also accept payment by bank transfer or through a secure online portal (powered by WorldPay).

INSURANCES
We are recognised by all major insurance companies and we may bill directly some insurances, including Bupa and Cigna, if you provide us the following details prior to your first consultation:
