ELIZABETH DONLON

Elizabeth is a charted Physiotherapist, graduating with distinction from King’s College London. Elizabeth has a wealth of experience treating a range of musculoskeletal conditions, across both the NHS and the private sector. This ranges from high level sports injuries and post-surgery rehabilitation to occupation and lifestyle related conditions.

Whilst Elizabeth is trained, and makes frequent use of treatment modalities such as deep tissue massage, trigger point and muscle energy release techniques, mobilisation/manipulation, acupuncture/dry needling and taping, she is a firm believer in therapist-led strength and conditioning of patients where appropriate, to reach their goals. She is Pilates trained, and incorporates this where indicated.
